I have a strong commitment to academic and professional service, which is manifested through the following past and ongoing work:

• Leading writing retreats at the Health Policy Data Science lab at Harvard Medical School (August 2022 - present)

• Co-led a journal club on quasi-experimental methods at the Health Polidy Data Science lab (joint lab at Harvard Medical School and Standford) (October 2021 - April 2022)

• Co-founded and served on the executive board of UR Science Policy Initiative at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) (May 2019 - March 2020)

• Organized the 2019 Annual Saward-Berg Lecture at the Department of Public Health Sciences of URMC (Fall 2018 - Spring 2019)

• Served as AcademyHealth ARM 2019 abstract reviewer (January 2019)

• Designed and founded a Writing Program, UR Writing, for doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows at URMC (July 2018 - current)

• Co-founded and served on the executive board of the Students for a National Health Program (SNaHP) Chapter at URMC (September, 2017 - May, 2019)

• Served as Chair of AcademyHealth Student Chapter at URMC (September, 2016 – August, 2018)

• Developed and launched a mentorship program for incoming students in the Health Services Research and Policy Doctoral Program at URMC (August, 2017)

• Served as Secretary of AcademyHealth Student Chapter at URMC (September, 2015 – August, 2016)

I am also an ad hoc peer reviewer for Health Affairs, HSR, The American Journal of Managed Care, and The Annals of Emergency Medicine.
